End-users Trainings:

Finally, MTs and ToT participants, with support from the CAA, delivered three island-wide training programmes in Colombo, Anuradhapura and Kandy for the selected CSs and TAs, ensuring that knowledge on safe food practices reached communities and food handlers at ground level.

The intention was to train 75 Consumer Societies and 75 Trade Associations and one representative each of these organizations. Of these 70 representatives from Consumer Societies and 55 Trade Association Representatives participated. Of the 150 representatives targeted 125 attended training physically as well as virtually.

3 Training programs were conducted in Colombo, Anuradhapura and Kandy.
