Master Trainers (MTs) Training:
Two MTs were selected from each district—one health officer and one civil society
leader—based on specific criteria. They received specialized training delivered by
resource persons from the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA), Sri Lanka Standards
Institution (SLSI), and a behaviour change communication consultant.
